I led food safety, quality and regulatory work for multinational food companies across Asia. I audited manufacturers against global standards like ISO 22000 and BRCGS, and today I teach Food Law and Food Safety at the University of Karachi. I've seen how good food is made. I've also seen how often shortcuts hide behind beautiful packaging.
